Located in the Kaluga region, about 200 kilometers from Moscow, Nikola-Lenivets has been hosting the Archstoyanie festival since 2006, creating a unique cultural space in the Russian countryside.

Villa PO-2 from the one side is a private guesthouse, but from the other side, it is the public object of the big landscape park and architectural festival.

The building contains two buildings - a concrete

facade made from old fences from outside and a

wooden house from inside.
