The main objective of the project is to preserve the natural resources and unique landscape of the Altai Mountains while introducing modern comforts and architectural solutions that harmonize with the region’s spirit and cultural traditions. The Katun recreational complex is conceived as a key destination for tourism and a driver of local economic growth. Its diverse program includes a crafts village, a fish restaurant, a cheese dairy, hotels, and a water-wellness center. Together, these facilities create a multifunctional environment that supports the development of authentic crafts, local cuisine, and sustainable service and wellness industries, reinforcing the connection between nature, culture, and contemporary living.
