The project envisions a residential complex that responds to the unique landscape of the river valley, framed by hills and the river. The design establishes a dialogue between the built and natural environments, organizing the site into protective and social layers. Elevated courtyards, shaded streets, and terraces create a sense of privacy and community, while a central public square with a fountain becomes the heart of collective life. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and educational spaces, the complex fosters social interaction and a cohesive neighborhood identity.
