The proposal is to reuse an existing building, which was built in Soviet times and used to be a House of Arts. In order to sustain the buildings historical and cultural meaning within the manufacture the typology of a theater was chosen for the building.

A key point of the integration is to preserve and save the existing state of the surrounding context as it plays a role of an ‘unclear lens’ throughout which the viewer can perceive the whole history of the factory.
