The parking garage is understood as a public space within the city. Its open and wide structure off ers a new urbanistic attraction and adds a new quality to the historic city center of Muharraq. The open and free form of the structure in the center of Muharraq contributes to the orientation in a dense urban fabric and creates a link to our present time with its possibilities and commodities as an integral element of the restauration and preservation of the Pearl Path, a project by the Ministry of Culture in Bahrain.
